As a Functional Analyst, you will be a member of the Commercial Processes and Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit, specifically in the Customer Portal & Digital Commerce Ecosystem Agile Team, which ensures wide common tools and experiences in the Electrification landscape worldwide. You will lead initiatives for the development of global opportunity to remittance & post sale service web-based tools.
By collaborating with Marketing & Sales, Global Product Management, IS, Supply Chain and Finance, you will be responsible for defining and documenting functional requirements, including business and process rules, user experience, output documentation, process improvements, and downstream system integration needs. Moreover, you will be managing timelines, resources, and owning backlog execution.

The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

The preferred location: Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into clear scope, functional specifications, and user stories
• Document end to end processes, functional designs, wireframes, and integration needs across systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IS project managers to define development plans, estimate effort, monitor progress, and validate acceptance criteria
• Execute test plans to ensure solution quality and proactively manage incidents, changes, and improvements within the application landscape
• Present innovative solutions to business stakeholders and provide training and guidance to users
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for relevant processes, data, and tools, contributing to continuous product and operational improvement
• Support initiatives execution by coordinating roadmaps, timelines, resources, and cross functional activities within an Agile Team environment
• Report out and provide initiatives updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Technical education in engineering, computer science, or mathematics
• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, project management, or software development
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices, project management methodologies, and effective project execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Figma, DevOps, and Jira, paired with excellent analytical and computer skills
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to advocating for user needs and delivering high‑quality outcomes
• Effective influencing abilities, able to align stakeholders, champion change, and drive transformational initiatives proactively
• Fluent English communication with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
