Your role and responsibilities

Now we are looking for a n Order Handling Specialist to join our O rder H andling & Sales Support team . You will be responsible for creating offers and managing customer orders, from registration in SAP through tracking to final delivery . You will be single point of contact for your customers and ensure it complies with ABBs and customers standards, procedures and policies.

We expect you to perform well in a n international team environment .

This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Quote preparation in SAP based on the pricing policy
• Processing Customer orders
• Sales orders registration in SAP
• Monitoring the delivery
• Daily c ommunication with internal/external customer s
• Responding to customer technical & non-technical queries
• Coordination with internal teams ( logistics , purchasing )
• Handling order-related inquiries (Certificate of origin, End user certificates, specific shipping documents requirements)

Qualifications for the role

• SAP knowledge is a big advantage
• Previous experience in order processing or customer service is a plus
• Capability to achieve business results and work under pressure
• MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PPT, Share P oint )
• Fluent English language, written and spoken
• German is an advantage
