Internship Accounts Receivables with German (6 months)

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will assist in the management of Accounts Receivables and gain hands-on experience in Collections and Cash Allocation processes. You will also be trained on the ERP systems used across Europe. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Participate in all training sessions related to Accounts Receivables
• Learn and understand the Collections process and procedures
• Learn and understand the Cash Allocation process and procedures
• Get familiar with the Collections software: GetPaid
• Learn to use ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Syteline
• Understand the escalation process to higher management for exceptional situations
• Communicate effectively with other departments and business units regarding various queries
• Support the team with any additional tasks as needed

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Excellent comprehension of German and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
• Proven interest or understanding of Finance or Accounts Receivables (Collections/Cash Allocation)
• Relevant education or experience in these areas is a plus
• PC proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Previous internship or academic project in Finance or Accounting
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Syteline
• Exposure to collections or cash allocation processes
• Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional team
