Planning and coordination of dispatches:
- Schedule transportation routes (land or air) based on priorities and costs.
- Manage dispatch orders, ensuring delivery times are met.
Tracking and traceability:
- Monitor shipments in real time using tracking systems.
- Report incidents (delays, damages, losses) and propose solutions.
Process optimization:
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., cost per km, successful delivery rate) to reduce expenses.
- Propose improvements in storage, packaging, or carrier selection.
Inventory management and control
- Ensure dispatches meet quality and safety standards.
- Minimize logistics costs without compromising efficiency.
- Keep supplier and delivery frequency databases updated.
- Control and update dispatch information databases.
- Follow up on vehicles contracted for special deliveries to predefined clients.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure proper handling of delivery receipts and correct administration of these documents as proof for collections.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Level: Technician, Professional
Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in preparing dispatch guides with the carrier
- Tracking guides on different platforms
- Inventory report preparation
- Experience handling internal and external clients
