In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Planning and coordination of dispatches:
  • Schedule transportation routes (land or air) based on priorities and costs.
  • Manage dispatch orders, ensuring delivery times are met.

Tracking and traceability:
  • Monitor shipments in real time using tracking systems.
  • Report incidents (delays, damages, losses) and propose solutions.

Process optimization:
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., cost per km, successful delivery rate) to reduce expenses.
  • Propose improvements in storage, packaging, or carrier selection.

Inventory management and control
  • Ensure dispatches meet quality and safety standards.
  • Minimize logistics costs without compromising efficiency.
  • Keep supplier and delivery frequency databases updated.
  • Control and update dispatch information databases.
  • Follow up on vehicles contracted for special deliveries to predefined clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure proper handling of delivery receipts and correct administration of these documents as proof for collections.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Level: Technician, Professional

Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration

Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in preparing dispatch guides with the carrier
  • Tracking guides on different platforms
  • Inventory report preparation
  • Experience handling internal and external clients
