Region APC > Service APAC > North Region Administration

Customer Service - North Region Administration Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Responsibilities

• ROW (Right of way issues handling) with local wrt to land/land pathways.
• Closely working with Legal and site management team provide daily/weekly/Monthly progress for the assigned task.
• Handling Land documenting tracking /MIS online and office records.
• Online and offline land records 7/12, VF-6, VF-7,VF 8A, 135-D, Revenue case details.
• Communicate and obtained necessary approval from concern stakeholders.
• Require proficiency in English and the regional language (Gujarati), able to draft legal documents (Draft Agreement, application etc. in Gujarati and English with wise versa translation).
• Land measurement and validation (Survey work) by self /authorized land survey or through revenue department.
• Revenue office visit (Talati, Mamlatdar, Deputy Collector, Collector office)
• Handling encroachment process clearance in line land grabbing act.
• Finding of suitable advocate, court case tracking, handling, MIS etc.
• Police station visits, application filing, support in police investigation.
• Support in contract and legal compliance management.
• Site administration activities support (Security of windfarms, Security contract, Theft investigation, compliance check and governance etc.)
• Support in customer insurance claim and legal document in line with CRM team.
• CSR Activity.

Qualification

• Any graduate degree is required. An LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree is a distinct advantage.
• 2-4 years of relevant Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience with a focus on land and law.
• Demonstrated knowledge of land and law is strongly preferred.

Competencies

• Ability to read, comprehend and write English as well as the regional language.
• Ability to effectively participate in all training courses.
• Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction.
• Effective follow-up & attention to detail.
• Tracking and ensuring that work is done as per requirements and policy.
