The incumbent shall man to staff the Port Operations Center (Facility 4057) during outside of the normal working hours of the Annex-06 (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
The assigned personnel shall observe the security of the facility but not limited to:
a) Answering and forward telephone calls from outside departments, Port Operations Manager, Harbor
Pilots, Supervisors and Port Control Tower Operators.
b) Conducts security rounds each one-hour around the Facility 4057 and report status to Port Control
Tower (PCT) on any condition or any unusual circumstances in or in the vicinity.
c) Makes a log of entry who are entering and exiting the Facility 4057 during weekends and holidays.
d) Activates the Fire and Flooding Alarm System of all YONs (fuel/oil barges) at the start of the watch and deactivates same at the end of the watch.
e) Incumbent performs duties on day shift (0700-1600H) to cover Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and
complete the 48-hours work per week, day-off will made on weekdays, one (1) hour lunch break daily.
While on duty, incumbent wears the identification garment, maintains awareness to safety requirements and keeps all work areas clean and in good housekeeping.
Performs other duties as required to support contract requirements of Annex-06.

Basic Qualifications

Must speak, read, and understand English language, both orally and in writing.
Knowledgeable in use of VHF marine band radio (handheld or base type) and possesses basic radio communication skills.
Must at least have basic knowledge in electricity and electrical hazards.
Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
Willing to work on swing and graveyard shift rotation, as scheduled by the PCT Supervisor.
