As a student assistant in our Process Automation Energy Industries (PAEN) business area, you'll be part of our Service team located at ABB's Danish headquarters in Middelfart. You'll work alongside a team of 12 dedicated colleagues in an informal and collaborative environment, where ideas and initiatives are welcomed and encouraged.

Our team focuses on service agreements and continuously improving how we work with renewals and service concepts. You'll be challenged and supported in a safe environment, reporting to our Service Delivery Manager, Steffen Laugesen, who is committed to creating a fun and engaging learning environment.

Process Automation Energy Industries (PAEN) is a division of ABB, which consists of approx. 200 employees at 5 locations in Denmark. As such, you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineers, salespeople, customers and not least other student assistants and interns from other teams in PAEN. In addition, you will be part of a company that values social interaction. You will be invited on an equal footing with all other employees to social events, such as Christmas bingo, summer party, Friday bar, paddle tournaments, cinema trips, etc.
You must be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week. Of course, we take into account your schedule, exam periods and other peaks. During your onboarding period, we prefer that you prioritize coming into the office as we wish to create the best possible onboarding conditions, however, you will receive some compensation for the days you are in the office.
Over time, you will be given the opportunity to work from home when tasks suit.

Your responsibilities
- Support service agreement renewals and license purchases
- Provide internal sales and administrative support
- Manage opportunities and agreements in Salesforce
- Coordinate internal communication on customer-specific setups
- Assist in developing sales materials and documentation
- Contribute to process improvement and internal development dialogues
- Handle data collection and system entry
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications for the role
- Currently enrolled in a relevant education at either professional, bachelor or master level
- Curious and eager to learn more about sales and service
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
- The ability to work independently with the opportunity for sparring
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to grow your skillset
