This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of customer orders, from initial entry into our systems to ongoing coordination and assistance throughout the process. You'll gain experience by interacting with internal and external stakeholders, helping ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

  • Supporting the resolution of customer requests by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Assisting in the end-to-end handling of orders (e.g., scheduling, invoicing, transportation).
  • Keeping customers proactively informed and helping clarify their requests.
  • Supporting initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and reliability throughout the order process.
  • Contributing to the preparation of performance reports and forecasts using available tools.


Qualifications for the Role

  • You are passionate about digital tools and customer support processes
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar are considered a plus).
  • Ownership, problem-solving attitude, and proactive approach.
  • Teamwork attitude, good communication skills, and courage complete the profile.
  • You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
