Een van onze klanten is op zoek naar een Technisch Operationeel Manager.

In deze functie word je verwacht leiding te geven aan een team van 5-10 operationele collega's. De projecten zijn wereldwijd, maar je standplaats is in Zaltbommel, Gelderland.

Functie omschrijving

Jouw hoofdtaken:

• Beoordelen van nieuwe opdrachten samen met de Project Manager en adviseren over technische uitvoerbaarheid, planning en budget.
• Opstellen van uitvoeringsplanning op basis van projecthoofdlijnen en zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht naar buitendienstmedewerkers.
• Coördineren en controleren van werkzaamheden op locatie, inclusief bijsturen en rapporteren van afwijkingen.
• Organiseren van logistiek en mobilisatie/demobilisatie, inclusief transport van equipment en inhuur van survey-diensten.
• Bijdragen aan verbeterprocessen in bedrijfsvoering, technische ontwikkeling van medewerkers, veiligheid, kwaliteit en service.

Functie vereisten

Dit zoekt de klant:

• MBO/HBO Werktuigbouwkunde of scheepsbouw is ideaal;
• Ervaring in de maritieme industrie in rolen zoals inkoop, werkvoorbereiding, management en logistiek is ideaal;
• Goede ervaring in het aansturen van een operationele team;
• Kennis met staalbouw, hydraulische en elektrische installaties is een pré;
• Goede commerciële instelling, sociaal en communicatief vaardig;
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
