As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues, implement preventative measures, and continuously improve our processes. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing reliability plans and strategies Conducting risk assessments and reliability analyses Leading root cause analysis investigations Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to improve product reliability Participating in design reviews and testing activities Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers Required skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering Strong knowledge of reliability testing methods and tools Experience with failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
