• Ensures safe technological process, safe operation of the equipment.
• Meets the requirements of fire and electrical safety.
• Maintains technological process of pipe extrusion.
• Participates in starting-up and putting into regime of the extrusion line.
• Quality control manufactured products (dimensions, marking, length, outside appearance): packaging pipe and coiling it, preparing packing board, regrinding scrap pipe, loading resin into silos.
• Operates forklifts and lifting mechanisms.
• Working with pneumatic and electrical tools (packing machine, saw and etc.).
• Prepares equipment for work (re-commissioning).
• Keeps the working area and equipment clean and in a proper working mode.
• Ensures safe technological process, safe operation of the equipment and mechanisms.
• Transports the packed product to the storage area, delivers resin and packing board.
• Unloads resin from sacks, containers and transports to silos.
