Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Supporting the deployment of strategy and objectives for continuous improvement at a local organizational level.
• Tracking programs, initiatives, projects, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate progress and value, enabling decision-makers to allocate resources and recognize success.
• Working towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.
• Driving/supporting systematic benchmarking of external processes and techniques, incorporating relevant learnings into local ABB practices.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and coach cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies, with practical experience in tools like 8D, DMAIC, 5S, TPM, JIT, and value stream mapping.
