Your role and tasks

In this role, you will oversee service work performed by our Field Service Engineers, ensuring smooth operations from scheduling to execution. You'll also collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical support and developing quotations for our products (breakers, switchboards, frequency converters, automation systems, motors & generators and transformers). This exciting role suits those who flourish in an environment with continual changes.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate with Field Service Teams, Operation and Spares, ensuring Field Service Engineers have the necessary information, documents, and materials for service execution - locally and globally.
  • Manage the administration of service work, from scheduling to completion and invoices.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Prepare calculations and convert them into quotations and orders.
  • Visit Customers and Service sites regularly.
  • Ensure safety, consistent quality, and profitability in service delivery.
  • Use customer feedback to continuously improve processes and services.


Qualifications for the role
  • You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or similar.
  • Capable of managing tasks effectively and collaborating with others, taking initiative in resolving issues.
  • Skilled in communication to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in ship environment, vessel technical maintenance and knowledge of ABB products is considered an advantage.
