Improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time: reduce assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts and repair authorization numbers, down for failure and work-in-process. Ensure implementation of the TLM maintenance program and compliance with the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work adherence. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvements and govern the progress of improvement plans. Ensure adherence to the failure investigation process and schedule resources to perform investigations as required. Implement reliability improvement practices. Ensure technicians utilize TLM business systems to achieve full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance, including movements, work orders, parts used, and time spent on work orders.
