Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed Site Marine Support Specialist to join our LNG and Condensate shipping operations team at the Tangguh site. This role is important in supporting LNG Marine Terminal - Shipping operations, particularly on the Commercial, Administrative & HSSE Marine aspects by ensuring smooth cargo Loading & Supply Chain process, ensuring accurate documentation (i.e. CTMS, Cargo Certificates, Monitoring Budget Government Hosting, etc), and maintaining effective coordination with internal and external partners to support safe, aligned, and timely lifting.
Support SMTL in daily marine terminal operations such as oversight, collaborating with PLM/Jr. PLM (such as performing SV, review procedures, etc), HSSE compliance, and work with terminal, shipping, and regulatory authorities to uphold the Ethic-Compliances with the highest operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Administration:
- Prepare and handle documentation for LNG and Condensate cargoes (domestic and export), ensuring compliance with cargo confirmation and document instructions, Supervising Budget Gov. Hosting for CIQP Officer, Reviewing Procedures, and any Site Marine Operational related documents/records.
Cargo Operations Monitoring:
- Coordinate LNG cargo operations and custody transfer activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. Assisting PLM to perform field SSSCL (Ship Shore Safety Checklist), Follow-up (Action Track) any safety issue and feedbacks from vessels.
Contractual Analysis & Job Reps:
- Calculate actual laytime, demurrage, and perform cargo analysis aligned with contractual obligations, act as TOMS & BUP Contracts Job Reps for execution and monitoring.
Partner Coordination:
- Act as the key liaison with CIQP teams, BUP (Badan Usaha Pelabuhan), TOMS (Terminal Operation & Maintenance Service), and shipping agents to facilitate timely cargo lifting and avoid production curtailments or penalties. May signing LOP/NOP on behalf, and/or prepare LOP/NOP to vessels for any commercial/safety issue.
Cross-Team Communication:
- Coordinate with BP LNG & Condensate shipment teams, PLMs/Jr. PLM, SMTL, vessel crews, shipping agents, and CIQP to promote safe, smooth, and timely lifting and onboard documentation clearance.
Operational Reporting:
- Review and report all loading activities, highlighting any contractual, operational, quantity, and/or quality issues for resolution by the Sales Operations Team or relevant parties/vendors.
Coordinated Planning:
- Support cross-functional planning across the LNG and Condensate supply chain, chipping in business insights to optimize production, sales, shipment, and delivery schedules. Including Terminal & Port Operations.
Marine systems oversight:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on marine systems and equipment at LNG jetties and combo dock, including assist tugs, pilot boats, navigation buoys, and berthing/docking barriers (BDBs).
- Develop and maintain marine Standard Operating Logs (SOLs), processes, and procedures in alignment with P&O requirements and industry standards, ensuring adherence to Operating Difficulty and behavioral-based safety systems.
Collaborate with Project Marine:
- Participate in coordinated planning between TEO and Project team to ensure safe and timely execution of project works (Marine)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marine Engineering, ANT/ATT 1, Logistics, Shipping, or related field.
- Experience in LNGC tanker terminal or port operations, with shown understanding of cargo documentation and contract analysis.
- Proficiency in English and excellent coordination skills across teams with dynamic strengths.
- Proficiency in data analysis, safety processes, CIQP procedures, and shipping agent interactions.
- Preferably holds a PPJK certificate and has experience with cargo management systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and logistics/shipping software.
- As part of our Papuan Development dedication, we will give priority to Papuan applicants that meet the requirements
