我们正在寻找一位充满创意且热情的平面设计&视频剪辑师加入Creative solution团队.你将在Creative solution manager的指导下,参与各类品牌视觉设计,营销物料制作和活动宣传等线上线下品牌传播产品营销相关的视频剪辑工作,我们期待你的加入并通过出色的设计和视频剪辑能力,助力塑造良好的公司品牌形象和传播内容.

What you'll be doing

• 协助Creative solution manager完成品牌视觉设计工作,包括但不限于海报宣传(制作和延展),活动和品牌宣传,活动主视觉,线上线下广告banner等内容.
• 负责设计内容的素材sourcing,整理与优化,确保设计元素的高质量呈现.根据壳牌品牌视觉风格和各部门业务需求,进行创意构思与设计提案,要点突出, 内容有创意且符合一线业务需求.
• 参与设计项目的讨论与评审,配合各个业务部门并根据业务部门的反馈意见对设计作品进行修改和完善并能按时交付并高效产出.
• 具备出色的全流程视频剪辑能力, 包含但不限于粗剪,精剪 , 配音,字幕,调色,音效及动效包装, 确保成品符合壳牌品牌调性和VI要求.
• 理解各业务需求并能和各个业务部门紧密沟通协作, 将创意简报和营销目标转化为具有吸引力的视频叙事, 确保所有视频输出在视觉风格,色调,字体和品牌元素上保持高度一致.

• 本科及以上学历,视觉传达,平面设计,艺术设计等相关专业优先.
• 熟练掌握Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator,InDesign等设计和视频类剪辑软件操作,具备扎实的设计和剪辑功底.
• 对色彩搭配,版式设计,字体设计有良好的审美能力和把控能力.
• 善于运用AI工具帮助优化设计方案,包含但不限于基础文案,创意头脑风暴(快速生成多个设计方向,减少后期修改成本)； 准确的通过文字向AI传达品牌需求(风格,构图,色彩等)并能持续优化输出结果；擅长使用AI进行风格迁徙和跨界灵感探索(为设计方案带来新颖独特的设计表达)；具备对AI生成内容和审美的判断和优化的能力(如逻辑错误,品牌调性,细节失真)通过专业技能进行修正和提升确保最终成品质量.
• 具备较强的学习能力和执行力,能够快速学习和掌握各部门业务需求并高质量完成平面设计和视频剪辑的任务.
• 拥有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能快速响应各部门需求并高效配合.
• 热爱或者深度理解赛车行业,有汽后行业工作背景优先考虑,关注行业动态和创意趋势,对行业最新趋势(尤其AI领域日新月异)时刻保持敏锐度且愿意通过自身学习跟上行业最新态势,将新鲜元素融入设计和剪辑为输出内容注入活力.
• 有Event项目执行经验者优先考虑.
