What's the role
The Integration Engineer will provide technical support to liaise with the FPSO Coordinator, Subsea Coordinator, and internal Shell teams, supporting the Asset Integration Lead on End-to-End activities. This role adds technical support to ensure alignment with business priorities, supply chain, contract management and commercial use of MTO, WRFM and external areas, interacting with Shell technical teams to maximize asset value and strengthen Shell's commercial position. Amongst those initiatives are the OP cycle and JV engagements. This position is a development opportunity for technical staff aiming to develop business and commercial skillsets or advance into managerial roles. The Integration Engineer will act as a deputy for the BC10 Asset Integration Lead whenever required

What you'll be doing
Technical Support and Integration:
- Liaise with FPSO and Subsea Coordinators to support technically E2E business planning, operational plans, and strategic reviews.
- Provide quality assurance over production planning, WRFM activities, contractor production targets, forecasts, and reports for partners and external stakeholders, ensuring integration with the allocation and IAPs process.
- Act with situational leadership on end-to-end matters of the asset, guaranteeing alignment amongst the areas involved, providing support to technical teams on work prioritization.
- Support the development and execution of business and operational plans, OP, production targets.
- Support offloading schedules, and 90 days forecast plan.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive asset value improvements, GHG programs, and commercial excellence in line with Shell standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and execution of business and operational improvement plans.
- Lead asset integration projects to enhance performance and cost reduction.
Business & Contract Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party contractors, acting as a technical sponsor.
- Ensure operational decisions align with Shell priorities and integration with multiple internal and external departments, protecting value for Shell.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with offshore and office teams to align operational decisions with the asset's priorities and goals, supporting strategic decisions.
- Act as an integrator to drive value for Shell by analyzing activities and providing technical support for prioritizing activities and interventions throughout the IAPs process.
Risk Management:
- Manage the asset risk register and support the CA assurance activities planning and recommendation execution.
- Support partner and stakeholder engagement, including claims and dispute management.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Shell E&P HSE Minimum Standards and Global Processes.
- Act as a change agent for operational excellence and operating integrity programs in line with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
What you bring
- Must have legal authorization to work full-time for any employer other than the current one.
- Engineering degree (Production; Mechanical; Chemical etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or operations-based roles within the Exploration & Production (E&P) industry.
- Proven ability to identify and manage risks in complex, simultaneous operations.
- Experience in deep-water technical or operational roles is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of operational capabilities and assurance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and with external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player.
