Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Mass Media, International Relations, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or external affairs, with at least 5 years in the oil & gas or energy sector leading a communications or government relations team.
• Proven track record in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate branding initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing crisis communications, including readiness planning and issue response.
• Hands-on experience liaising with government bodies, embassies, and regulatory agencies.
• Exposure to developing and implementing communication strategies that align with business and corporate objectives.

Technical & Management Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital media tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective communication plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and integrity.
