This Position reports to:
R&D Team Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Product Research, Development and Design
-Lead the mechanical structural design of motor/generator products, including 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing of core components such as stators, rotors, housings, and cooling systems.

• Technological breakthroughs and innovation
-Resolve technical challenges in the R&D process and propose innovative solutions.

• Cross departmental collaboration and project management

-Collaborate with electrical design, FEA/CFD, PM, suppliers and production departments to ensure timely delivery

• Technical specifications and knowledge management
-Develop technical specifications, test reports, and user manuals to support product certification and market promotion.

Qualifications for the Role

-Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, automation and other related.

-Proficient in mechanical design, with extensive experience in the research and development of motors and generators.
-Lead the design work of at least one project of motor or generator.
-Familiar with motor manufacturing process.

-Be good at Office, AutoCAD, NX, have the experience of SAP and PDM system will be better.

-Skilled in electrical circuit, can understanding the working principle and the main part of motors.

-Fluent in written ,reading and oral English.
