This Position reports to:
Lead Business Area Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area within the Motion NEMA division in Mexico. You'll lead daily execution of action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative targets profitably, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also guide and develop the Marketing and Sales team through proactive leadership and coaching.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Motion NEMA division in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing and sales strategy, mission, vision, and budget for the assigned area.
  • Define market presence, execution standards, and delivery models for the division.
  • Lead teams in monitoring and maintaining competitive market pricing, collaborating with Product Management.
  • Set and track key targets (volume, pricing, portfolio mix) using performance metrics and tools.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in the motors business.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles, with proven team management.
  • Technical sales experience in low voltage motors in Mexico.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution, including hunting and farming strategies, channel partner development, OEM sales management and product specification projects.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach and excellent relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and financial acumen.
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Strong adaptability, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
  • Technologically proficient, with solid competence in digital tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed
