As a Customer Specification Engineer, you are the bridge between customer expectations, engineering know‑how, and manufacturing capabilities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Shape Technical Strategy
  • Analyze and interpret customer specifications to define procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and inspection requirements.
  • Actively contribute to project quotation team strategy to ensure technical alignment.

    Drive High‑Quality Project Execution
  • Prepare key technical documents: inspection & test plans, welding documents, paint specifications, and more.
  • Develop end‑to‑end requirement summaries-from raw material procurement to valve packaging (CSP).

    Be the Technical Voice
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, sales engineers and application engineers to ensure full understanding of technical needs.
  • Participate in customer and internal meetings to clarify requirements and propose alternatives aligned with internal manufacturing standards.
  • Act as a point of contact with the factory when analyzing customer specifications.

    Support Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of QP&S tools.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
  • Fluent in English, including technical terminology.
  • Initial knowledge of valves, raw materials, or NDE will be considered a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working with international standards (ASME, EN, PED, ISO...); experience is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams across multiple countries.
