Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies Monitor project budgets and expenditures Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost effectiveness Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting Proficient in MS Excel and other financial software
