JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a 2 years contract role based at our Ulsan office.

The production staff is responsible for supporting the overall process operation such as factory manufacturing(Fabrication) as follows.

• Welding Operations
  • Perform welding tasks according to drawings, and technical instructions.
    
    Conduct welding on Riser pipe, structures, frames and other metal components using ARC, TIG, MIG, or CO₂ welding methods.
• Preparation and Setup
  • Inspect and maintain welding machines, torches and related tools.
    
    Perform material cutting, fitting, tacking, and assembly prior to welding.
• Quality Control
  • Ensure weld quality to meet non-destructive testing (NDT) standards.
    
    Prevent welding defects and manage rework processes when necessary.
• Safety Management
  • Comply with all welding safety regulations (use of PPE, fire and gas safety management, ventilation, etc.).
    
    Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
    
    Prepare and submit work logs, inspection reports, and production records.

Job Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in Welding.
• Certification or licensing in Welding function is highly desirable.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiar with various welding positions and joint configurations.
• Good physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
