Job Qualifications
* Proven experience applying Agility core practices in a professional setting.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Demonstrated proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies.
* Solid understanding of Commercial Acuity principles and their application.
* Experience with Commercial assurance for external engagements.
* Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
* A track record of Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving.
* Familiarity with Credit Management processes.
* A strong dedication to Customer centric thinking.
* Expertise in Data visualization and interpretation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience with or understanding of Digital Automation technologies.
* Knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and practices.
* Validated ability to influence collaborators and drive consensus.
* Experience in Project and programme management support.
* Proven grasp and application of Risk Management principles.
