Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
• Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
• Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test scenarios, and supporting implementation.
• Managing roles and authorizations, and handling ERP system requests (create/change/release).
• Ensuring IS compliance activities (e.g., SOX testing, audit remediation) are completed on time.
• Training end-users on SAP SD functionalities and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborating with other SAP teams to ensure seamless module integration.
• Troubleshooting issues related to order processing, pricing, billing, and SD functions.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in SAP ERP systems, particularly in Sales and Distribution (SD), and familiar with Material Management (MM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• You have 5 years of experience in the IS field, working with ERP systems and supporting business operations.
• Highly adept in SAP, MS Office, and IS compliance frameworks.
• You are passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.
