Overview

The Architecture discipline within the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Site Operations team ensures that design intent is preserved and executed with precision during construction. Responsibilities include reviewing contractor submissions, ensuring compliance with design standards and UAE regulations, and coordinating with engineering disciplines to achieve seamless integration of architectural and building services. The team provides oversight on fabrication drawings, responds to technical queries, and safeguards the aesthetic, functional, and regulatory aspects of projects. By bridging design and execution, the Architecture Site Ops team ensures AtkinsRéalis projects embody innovation, quality, and sustainability.

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience:

• 12+ years in site-based architectural supervision
• Middle East experience preferred

Your role

• Review architectural submissions such as material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements.
• Respond to technical queries and site construction details.
• Review contractor performance weekly and attend technical workshop meetings as required.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations including municipality and civil defense.
• Coordination awareness between all disciplines.
