The Job Mission
As a Junior Project Manager, you play a key role in performance reporting.
Your future team is central to project control and strategic oversight.
This role supports large-scale UK nuclear projects with cross-functional exposure.
Define, update, and maintain project reporting procedures per EPR-E standards
Deliver internal and external progress reports in line with contractual obligations
Consolidate and analyse project data from SAP, P6, CEMAR, MDT, MANTIS, and more
Provide strategic insights and performance indicators to the wider project team
Regularly issue formal reports according to agreed project controls procedures
Optimise tools and processes using feedback, standards, and best practice
Support team members with training and guidance on tools and reporting practices
Participate in cross-discipline groups to evolve PMO methods for future projects
Qualifications
Essential Skills
Experience with project reporting and performance analysis
Skilled in tools such as SAP, Primavera (P6), CEMAR, MDT, or MANTIS
Able to create reports aligned to contractual and procedural frameworks
Experience defining or refining PMO processes and methodologies
Familiar with producing performance indicators for complex projects
Ability to consolidate and interpret technical project data
Proven ability to support cross-functional project teams
Excellent attention to detail and process optimisation skills
• Desired Skills
• Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and large infrastructure projects
• Understanding of EPR-E project methodologies
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard tools
• Familiarity with metadata management systems (e.g. SP, CAMELEON)
