Responsibility

• \tParticipate in customer's meeting with account managers, for the purpose of collecting and analyzing customers' requirement
• \tResponsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle
• \tExecute efficient communications with customer as technical point of contact
• \tManage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks.
• \tInteract with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors.
• \tEstablish the technical solution design with an optimized cost by collaborating with procurement team
• \tEdit technical proposal part of RFP documents
• \tLead the technical solution validation and testing in the Proof-of-concept phase
• \tLead the troubleshooting session with engineers, partners, and customers during the service implementation
• \tTechnical escalation contact for service management

Requirements

• \tBachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications or related disciplines
• \t5-8 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry
• \tFamiliar with telecom product such as: IPLC/IEPL/MPLS VPN/SDWAN/DIA/IP Transit
• \tExcellent knowledge of communication/networking protocols such as TCP/IP, IPsec, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, SNMP. CCIE or any equivalent certificate would be a plus
• \tAcknowledge and experiences in ICT projects
• \tExcellent analyzing and troubleshooting skills
• \tPositive mindset, self-motivated, organized and team working spirit
• \tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
• \tFluency in French, English and Mandarin
