Function description
We're currently partnering with leading engineering firms across the Maritime, Offshore and Energy sectors to find talented professionals ready to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for industrial, maritime, or offshore applications
- Prepare technical specifications, calculations, and documentation
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated system design
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Support procurement and installation phases with technical expertise
- Participate in client meetings and provide engineering input throughout project lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within your team
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering (junior to senior roles available)
- Experience in industrial, maritime, offshore, or energy projects
- Familiarity with relevant standards and design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Plant 3D)
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A proactive mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
