The Procurement & Supplier Management (P&SM) Commercial Operations Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven project management, process improvements, and operational excellence within the Sourcing organization. This role will focus on enabling continuous enhancements to data tools, creating visual management systems, and organizing workflows to improve visibility and accountability across commodities. The analyst will be responsible for learning and utilizing tools such as Smartsheet and MIRO, driving process improvements, and ensuring the effective management of the Long-Term Agreement (LTA) gameboard deals.

Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Visual Management & Tools Enhancement.
- Lead continuous improvements to the Deal Factory data tools to meet organizational standards and evolving requirements.
- Identify gaps in current systems and implement solutions to address the lack of a contract management system.
- Continue to develop visual management systems to improve transparency and communication across teams.
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet and MIRO to develop visual dashboards, process maps, and project trackers.
- Drive integration of the LTA gameboard into Oracle Fusion to streamline workflows and improve data accessibility
- AI Tool Adoption
- Support the adoption of AI tools in deal factory, leverage best practice from Front-End of the business.
- Leverage AI for predictive analytics, process automation, and enhanced project management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to increase visibility into deal factory performance and metrics.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes, identifying opportunities for further optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the sourcing function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management or Information Systems with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, sourcing operations, or related roles or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years' experience in data analysis, sourcing operations, or related roles

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and MIRO is a plus, with a willingness to learn and master these tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or other database query languages.
- Knowledge of contract management systems and sourcing tools is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience organizing and managing visual management systems.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
