As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you'll take charge of a high-potential market within the sustainability sector, leading business development, mentoring junior consultants, and delivering exceptional client results.
You'll have the autonomy to build and grow your desk like a business within our business, supported by a global brand and cutting-edge recruitment technology.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development - Build and expand partnerships with key clients across renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental markets.
Market Leadership - Position yourself as a subject matter expert through networking, insights, and thought leadership.
Team Mentorship - Support, coach, and inspire Trainee and Consultant-level team members to hit targets and grow their markets.
End-to-End Recruitment - Manage full-cycle recruitment from prospecting and pitching to offer negotiation and placement.
Performance & Growth - Consistently exceed KPIs, drive revenue growth, and contribute to team success.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced Recruiter - Minimum 2+ years in a 360° recruitment role, ideally within energy, engineering, sustainability, or technical sectors.
Commercially Driven - Proven track record of business development and consistent billing success.
Natural Leader - Able to mentor, influence, and elevate those around you.
Strategic & Entrepreneurial - Enjoys building and scaling markets and sees opportunity where others see competition.
Resilient & Ambitious - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
