We are looking for an Intern who will join our multinational, regional Talent Acquisition Team. You will be supporting Warsaw market, mainly, looking for talented engineers.

This is a paid internship for one year.

Job Description

Roles and Responsabilities
  • Supporting recruiters in researching, sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent in the engineering field.
  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about the status of recruitment processes.
  • Creating and improving job descriptions.
  • Supporting hiring managers.
  • Communication with job boards such as pracuj.pl
  • Involvement in employer branding activities.


Required Qualifications
  • Positive attitude
  • Bachelors' degree
  • Ability to work in the team (you will be a member of a multinational group of recruiters)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good level of English and fluent Polish
  • Passion for recruitment
  • Client oriented
