This Position reports to:
Quality and Operational Excellence Manag

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Conducts test protocols as assigned to ensure the products, systems or software meet specified requirements and customer expectations in incoming, manufacturing, factory test labs or final inspection quality, including internal testing routine and F.A.T. as applicable
• Use systematic approach to lead daily and tier management for Quality and other performance indicators utilizing visualization aids.
• Guide the local improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction using the appropriate problem-solving methodologies, involving all stake holders like production, supplier quality, engineering & R&D
• Lead the implementation of lean foundations such as 5S and other lean practices such as TPM, JIT, Value stream maps and lean logistics.
• Escalates to quality control organization any case of product quality or safety nonconformance.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar field.
• Preferred experience in Power fields of 5 years
• Hands-on and problem-solving mentality to challenge "status quo" applying Lean and L6S methodologies
• High customer and solution orientation, paired with a communicative personality
• Ability to determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
