We are currently seeking Joint Manager / Manager - GL (F&A Ops),to join our Finance & Accounts team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:

General Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Maintain and optimize the Chart of Accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage & review activities of teams involved in P2P, O2C and R2R activities.
  • Responsible for coordination with Group Consolidation & Treasury teams for consolidation of numbers through HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) i.e. actuals and promotion
  • Fixed assets accounting, Payroll Accounting, Inter-company, Bank Accounting & Recharge Computation & Analysis
  • Experience in migrating books of accounts.
  • Responsible for managing E2E Balance Sheet & P&L Flux Review
  • Financial control, project costing, Cost Reconciliation, working capital management, budgets/forecast, variance analysis related to project.
  • Coordination with FAS, Master Data & Procurement team for their related activities
  • Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close processes
  • Treasury Forecast Long Term Reporting & Short-term Cash management.
  • Assist in integration of financial systems, processes, and reporting as per business requirement.

ERP Implementation
  • Lead or support ERP system implementation, upgrades, and integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Responsible for close coordination with the ERP Enhancement teams.
  • Define and understand the change management and controls within the ERP system

Audit & Compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for audit trails and financial procedures.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor finance team members and support cross-functional teams.
  • Cross functional interaction and Liaising with IT, HR, ERP and other support functions to align financial processes as per business requirement.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.


About you:
  1. Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance from Reputed Institutes
  • 12+ years Post Qualification experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Minimum 8+ years of people leading experience.
  • Proven experience in financial integration and ERP implementation.
  • Should be able to work in a rapidly changing and high-pressure work environment
  • Strong Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Should have excellent leadership & communication skills
  • Knowledge of Hyperion planning software (HFM) is must
  • Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP/ Oracle) is must


2. Skills & Competencies:
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and multi-task to meet deadlines


3. Nice to have
  • Working experience in the oil & gas sector / EPC Industry
  • Good knowledge of MS office, like excel, Power point & word
  • Ability to extract various Dashboards related to project in terms of costing, cash flow, Manhours etc.
