Function description

As part of the Service Excellence Team, you will report to the Head of Service Excellence and collaborate across departments to enhance system usage and operational efficiency. You will manage and optimize key systems such as ATS (e.g. Salesforce), CRM (e.g., Business Central) and BI tools (Tableau/Snowflake). Your role involves translating business needs into functional solutions, coordinating system improvements, and supporting change initiatives. You'll also contribute to innovation and cross-functional projects that shape the future of our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
• Proven experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and/or Snowflake (or willingness to learn).
• Strong advisory, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, innovative mindset with affinity for change management.
