Job Description

Overview

To enable and support the delivery of sustainable and diversified revenue growth in priority AMEA markets - with a focus on major strategic pursuits, post-merger integration and connecting global growth capabilities locally. The role is designed to enable and coordinate regional growth activity. It will align with existing market leadership, ensuring clarity of accountability between the Regional CEO's and Market Directors and working closely with to deliver on agreed priorities in line with Vision 35.

Your role

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement long- and mid-term growth strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring focus on coordination and enablement of growth delivery rather than direct ownership.
  • Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic initiatives and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with Market Directors to define and deliver growth plans for AMEA key sectors.
  • Collaborate with Growth Office and other Regions to implement global business development strategy.
  • Explore opportunities to optimize revenue synergies from M&A, supporting integration, alignment, and longer-term value creation in collaboration with regional leadership.
  • Infuse business development strategy and culture throughout the company.
  • Work closely with regional and global leadership to ensure alignment between market growth, capability investment, and financial performance (revenue, EBIT, and margin quality).


Market Trends & Intelligence

  • Maintain a forward-looking view of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends.
  • Lead horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate future opportunities and risks.
  • Engage with industry bodies and trade associations to stay ahead of market developments, in collaboration with regional efforts.
  • Leverage internal and external market insight to shape growth priorities and inform strategic investment decisions.


Client Value Propositions

  • Shape differentiated value propositions tailored to client challenges and market demands.
  • Work with marketing and capabilities to ensure propositions are insight-driven and commercially compelling.
  • Support client engagement strategies that position the business as a trusted advisor.


Innovation & Commercial Models

  • Champion innovation in service delivery, digital transformation, AI-enabled growth, and sustainability-linked commercial models that differentiate the AMEA business. Identify and exploit intellectual property and annuity revenue opportunities.
  • Support the foster of a culture of creativity and experimentation across the business.


Strategic Pursuits & Bids

  • Drive rigor in AMEA business cases and top major pursuits, ensuring must-win pursuits are secured.
  • Develop and maintain a one-AMEA Win Work approach to ensure major strategic bids and pursuits are aligned with regional growth priorities. This will include working in close coordination with existing strategic pursuits and market teams to strengthen focus on must-win opportunities.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to enhance competitiveness and client-centricity.


Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances that enhance delivery capability and market access.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners, including liaison with technology providers and delivery partners.
  • Create collaborative and effective working relationships with EVP's / SVP's and other senior colleagues to ensure delivery of the 2030 ambition and Vision 35.


Cross-Market Missions

  • Lead cross-market initiatives as agreed with regional SLT.
  • Facilitate collaboration across business units to unlock synergies and new revenue streams.


About you

Candidates should bring a blend of strategic and operational experience, with strong commercial and growth orientation. The emphasis is on influence, enablement, and integration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of leading sales and growing a complex business.

  • Experience operating in both mature and growth markets, with proven ability to develop high performing, commercially focused teams.
  • Industry related degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.
