Responsibilities
  • Overall supervision of technicians and handle matters escalated by them.
  • Scheduling and implementation of preventive and ad-hoc maintenance.
  • Procurement and renewal of term contracts, including tender preparation, evaluation and recommendation for award.
  • Supervise appointed term contractors to ensure that works are carried out as planned and according to contractual requirements.
  • Process work orders, inspect and verify completed works to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and make recommendation for payment.
  • Administer the building management system and computerised facilities management system, if any, and collate data for management reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of the building and M&E systems and assist the Cluster Manager in A&A, improvement and upgrading works to the systems.
  • Ensure systematic record of all critical documents essential for subsequent building operations e.g. fitting out plan and endorsement by client, as-built drawing, authorities' approval, defects checklist and rectification record


Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, building maintenance or M&E systems.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple task.
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
