Job Description: Project Controls Specialist 2 (Scheduler) Location: Charlotte, United States Start Date: 07 November 2025 Pay Rate: $57 Per Hour Job Description: As a Project Controls Specialist 2 (Scheduler), you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables. You will work closely with project managers and team members to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed Identify and analyze schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies Communicate schedule updates and changes to project stakeholders Provide regular reports on project schedule performance Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of project schedules with overall project goals Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls or scheduling Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
