Our client is seeking a Project Specialist to support the successful delivery of projects across consulting, corporate PMO, tech & SaaS, business setup, and freezone industries. This role requires a versatile and detail-oriented individual who can manage project workflows, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end project management processes, from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Leverage project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Experience working in Consulting (Big 4, Mid-tier), Corporate PMO, Tech & SaaS, Business Setup, or Freezone sectors.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with AI & Data Analytics, CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce), and automation tools.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or SQL.
