Role Overview
As an Executive Driver and Event Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of GE Aerospace executives, clients, and attendees during high-level events and meetings. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve travel as needed. You will utilize advanced security strategies, route planning, and risk mitigation techniques to deliver exceptional operational support.

Understand the internal and external factors that impact the organization including market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory requirements.

- Route Planning: Utilize advanced route planning tactics, real-time traffic data, and other sources to ensure safe and efficient travel routes for high-level events and meetings.
- Fleet Management: Support the Global Security Team in developing and implementing initiatives for vehicle fleet management, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion regarding VIP activities and conversations.
- Security Assessments: Assist in conducting thorough security assessments for event venues and surrounding areas to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Security Protocols: Implement security plans and protocols to ensure the safety of attendees during events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with event organizers, law enforcement, and other security personnel to manage security operations effectively.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Executive Support: Provide security and operational support for executives and clients during events, including risk mitigation and crisis response.
- Visible Presence: Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
- Post-Event Reporting: Prepare post-event security reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive driver and/or in event security.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Proven experience in security operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
