Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance


Oversee compliance with approved specifications and quality standards at supplier sites, focusing on hardware and documentation.

Verify supplier quality activities against inspection and testing plans, including critical processes such as welding, NDT, painting, and assembly.

Investigate and resolve quality issues directly with suppliers, recommending corrective actions and driving improvements.

Conduct intermediate, final, and packaging inspections; prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure closure of punch lists.

Monitor risks related to quality, delivery, safety, and escalate when necessary.

Ensure suppliers follow approved manufacturing and inspection plans.


Fulfillment & Expediting

Lead expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment and documentation.

Track supplier progress against schedules, identify delays, and recommend corrective measures.

Collaborate with sourcing teams to prioritize orders and address capacity or material constraints.

Provide weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and improvement actions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly within a factory setting.

Hands-on experience with special processes (welding, NDT, painting, electrical and mechanical assembly).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies (NCR, FMEA, problem-solving).

Strong understanding of production and schedule management.

Preferred

Experience in power generation projects or sourcing.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.

Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Ability to work with global suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Proactive mindset with focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
