Job Duties

Job Description:

Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) Project Support

• Assist in the implementation of the Integrated Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) into Safety Culture project.
• Help develop observation tools, communication materials, and dashboards.
• Participate in training sessions for BBS observers and monitor observation data.
• Contribute to progress reports and KPI tracking.

Safety Data & Reporting

• Collect and analyze safety observation data.
• Support preparation of monthly HSE performance reports.

Risk Assessment & Compliance

• Assist in workplace inspections and hazard identification.
• Help review ergonomic risks and hand placement practices.

Engagement & Awareness

• Support safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Assist in creating posters, presentations, and digital content for safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or any Engineering discipline.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
