This Position reports to:
Lead of Product Marketing Primary and IT
Product Marketing Manager Switchgear APAC
Location: Candidate must be located in APAC region
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define, plan and ensure implementation of the Business Line Switchgear product marketing strategies in Asia Pacific to meet business objectives, in line with global product strategy. Each day, you will support customers and sales organizations in driving sales and strongly collaborate with factory sales support teams. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring profitable business growth.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Business Line Switchgear in Asia Pacific. Main stakeholders are Lead Product Marketing Manager Primary and Secondary Switchgear, Regional Sales Manager, Local sales teams and assigned factory sales support teams.

This role is contributing to the Business Line Switchgear in Asia Pacific. Main stakeholders are Lead Product Marketing Manager Primary and Secondary Switchgear, Regional Sales Manager, Local sales teams and assigned factory sales support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the partner for APAC Marketing & Sales organization, bridging with allocated factories to achieve yearly targets.
- Making sure to use the full potential of supply chain footprint of ELDS Switchgear factories in APAC region.
- Creating, planning and ensuring implementation of the APAC Go-To-Market Primary and Secondary Switchgear Strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions, product positioning and channel management.
- Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Regional and Segment managers.
- Focusing on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), E2E gross margin %, Customer experience.
- Support, review and follow up homologations, frame agreements and large projects opportunities.
- Demand creation and business development with focus on strategic large size projects.
- Strategic specification influence.
- Monitoring and analyzing of average price per panel development of various product lines in APAC region and segments.
- Support Business Line Switchgear function to ensure future portfolio planning.
Qualifications
- Your passion is interaction with customers, sales organizations and factories with a strong and innovative spirit to win projects, explore new alternatives and creativity on how to gain further business growth.
- Strong collaborative thinking, with empathic and positive attitude.
- Highly skilled and structured working with go-to market strategies, different sales channels, switchgear product portfolio, pricing, full cost model.
- 10 years of experience in Switchgear business in APAC.
- Strong and fluent communication in English.
