Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) practices across our Lithuanian operations. You will work closely with colleagues in sales, projects, and service teams, helping them work safely, sustainably, and with high quality every day.

You will be a trusted partner to the business: sharing your expertise, offering practical advice, and supporting teams in making improvements that really work in real life. Your impact will be felt across the ABB value chain, where your contribution will help create a proactive, learning-focused, and high-performing QHSE culture.

The work model for the role is: Onsite #LIOnsite

This role is contributing to ABB operations in Lithuania for sales, project and service businesses.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support and guide incident investigations, helping teams learn from experience and identify practical ways to reduce future risks.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Quality strategies aligned with ABB standards and external requirements.
• Help set, follow up, and analyze QHSE targets, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting corrective actions.
• Maintain and continuously improve QHSE management systems, ensuring compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing standards.
• Support risk management, regulatory compliance, and initiatives that encourage safe behaviors and high-quality work.
• Actively support and drive behavioral change by rolling out group-wide and local improvement programs in collaboration with the business.

Qualifications for the role

• Have experience working within Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
• Hold the required certification to work as a safety specialist according to Lithuanian legislation.
• Have a working knowledge of Lithuanian Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Are fluent in Lithuanian and English, allowing you to work comfortably in local and international environments.
• Enjoy working with people, influencing positively, and collaborating across different teams.
• Are motivated to drive continuous improvement, practical solutions, and positive change.

While the final salary is based on the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, it starts at 3500 EUR.
