Tax Analyst

The Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing complex corporate tax returns and relevant internal reports. The Tax Analyst reviews the statutory fiscal accounts within defined time frames and mentors members of the tax team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and file entities corporate tax returns and indirect tax returns
• Review statutory fiscal accounts to meet filing deadlines
• Prepare, review, consolidate and submit internal management reports
• Identify and deliver continuous process improvements; support and implement automation
• Achieve operational effectiveness targets set for controls and identify control improvements
• Deliver on tax effectiveness and efficiency targets
• Mentor new members of the tax team
• Support on tax audits as required
• Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

Experience & Exposures:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related discipline
• Prior experience working in a tax related role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
• Adaptability in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
