Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas production unit operations, maintenance and also Renewable Energy market,

SPIE Global Services Energy was selected to provide this activity BLOCK 3 PROJECT in ANGOLA.

In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are
looking for E&I CONSTRUCTION MANAGER H/F

This position is located ONSHORE & OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:
• Site preparation (materials, logistics, personnel)
• Preparation of job cards based on a schedule and task prioritization
• Onshore supervision (Luanda) / Offshore supervision (Dalia FPSO)
• Monitoring hours/reporting
• Distribution of daily tasks
• Monitoring and updating planning and POB (Personnel on Board)
• Compliance with QHSE regulations
• Document management
• Precom - Com - Red Markups

Profile

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills :

**Site Supervisor / E&I Construction Manager with solid experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore or Offshore.**
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Management of local teams (Angolans).
• Ability to organize and allocate tasks according to the schedule and job cards.
• Good knowledge of E&I equipment and tools / tube fitting.
