Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor
Location: San Antonio, TX
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (before markup)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable operations, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.  
Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice details, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.

  Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
