JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Commercial trainee you will have exposure to different parts of the business gaining vital skills.

Who we are looking for - As a Commercial trainee you'll be part of the commercial team within a portfolio of contracts predominantly based in Aberdeen.

You will receive on the job training and real responsibility. Some off-site training may be available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximise commercial performance while managing business/project risk

• Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including our customers

• Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies

• Manage and maintain the contracts rate schedules and PAAF registers

• Support the wider commercial team in ensuring contract compliance across all contracts

• Peruse and maximise cash collection

• Support the wider team in inputting to and keeping up to date a number of governance documents (FMF, MIP, PMRs, Risk registers etc)

• Ad-hoc reporting and tasks, as required
