Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty with ABB as a trusted partner and solutions provider. Each day, you will lead the team in assisting customers with technical requests and collaborate with regional and global colleagues to resolve technical issues. You will also showcase by promoting and delivering solutions to customer needs, managing accurate deliverables on technical solutions, tracking performance metrics, and communicating progress to both internal and customer stakeholders.
The work model for this role is hybrid.
This position contributes to the Marketing & Sales team of the Electrification Services Division in Malaysia.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty with ABB as a trusted partner and solutions provider. Each day, you will lead the team in assisting customers with technical requests and collaborate with regional and global colleagues to resolve technical issues. You will also showcase by promoting and delivering solutions to customer needs, managing accurate deliverables on technical solutions, tracking performance metrics, and communicating progress to both internal and customer stakeholders.
The work model for this role is hybrid.
This position contributes to the Marketing & Sales team of the Electrification Services Division in Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting customers by being responsive to their needs and providing a comprehensive solution offering that covers all areas of the Service portfolio.
- Managing business development initiatives in Digital and Sustainability, supported by various technology experts.
- Measuring, reporting, and presenting the value of services delivered to key customer stakeholders, ranging from Maintenance Managers to Plant Managers.
- Identifying service and system sales opportunities to expand ABB's value to customers and grow service contracts with assigned accounts.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Highly skilled in ABB's Electrification Service offerings, particularly for the Malaysia market and globally.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Solutions with at least 3 years in this field, and a minimum of 5 years in Electrical Switchgear (Medium and Low Voltage) and Protection Relays.
- Deep understanding of Service Level Agreements and Maintenance Contracts, with the ability to provide innovative solutions and packages to meet customer demands.
- Interested in Sustainability and familiar with related initiatives and goals within ABB Electrification Service business segments in Malaysia.
- Holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; a bachelor's degree with extensive experience will also be considered. Membership in professional bodies such as BEM or IEM for networking and familiarity with technical communities.
- Comfortable communicating in English and able to deliver presentations effectively and fluently.
