Do you want to be part of a strong professional environment while maintaining close customer relationships?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Aalborg office. Here, you will become part of a small, close-knit team of skilled engineers and a project manager - and soon you as our new Service Account Manager (SAM). The team works across different segments, fostering strong collaboration and a great sense of community.
As a Service Account Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of customers, visiting and advising them regularly. You will be their primary point of contact and work closely with the Sales Manager responsible as a trusted sparring partner. Together, you ensure that customers experience high quality, value, and professional service throughout every stage of the collaboration.
At the same time, you will be part of our nationwide SAM department, with colleagues in Middelfart, Ballerup, and Esbjerg. This gives you access to a strong professional network with knowledge sharing, support, and joint development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage service responsibilities and customer care for selected district heating clients.
- Coordinate and follow up on service deliveries, maintenance, and technical support.
- Advise customers on optimal solutions based on technical insight.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, sales managers, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with ABB's quality and safety standards.
- Prepare offers and contracts in cooperation with sales, service, and proposal teams.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews.
Qualifications for the role
- Technical background, e.g., marine engineer, electrical engineer, or similar.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and advise customers on optimal solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Structured and motivated - you take ownership of your tasks.
- Desire for professional and personal development - extensive experience is not required, as long as you have industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
